"Absolutely love this place. Won't take my animals anywhere else. They work with you with appointments and make sure the animals are all safe. One of our dogs doesn't do well in public and they make sure to schedule him right as they open so he is there alone in the lobby for minimal anxiety. "Dr. Sherer and her staff were the most caring and patient people I've ever encountered at a vet's office. They spent time talking with Pixie and petting her before doing anything. Then, Dr. Sherer gently did the exam, including blood work and ultrasound, all without any muss or fuss. She was incredibly patient, spent time analyzing all the results and possible issues with me. Made suggestions as to tests and care and helped me decide the best for her. I can't say enough about this clinic. I'm so glad we came here."

"I moved here recently from Indiana and this clinic is very close to where I live, so I decided to give it a shot. I really like the clinic staff and the doctor, all are very nice and knowledgeable and treat my spoiled little dog like the little queen she thinks she is. I highly recommend this place. I find their fees are reasonable and I can usually get in on short notice with appointment times that fit my schedule"

"Wow what a great vet! I called all morning trying to find a place I could afford that I also trust at the same time. From the front desk staff to the doctor it was a 10-10 experience. My little guy had an infection in his eye. Eyes are precious and everywhere else couldn’t even get him in the same day(emergency vets can be so pricey).Well thank goodness someone at another clinic referred me b/c out of the 15 I called I didn’t see the mitten(they should be #1 in Grand Rapids area when searched). The Mitten got me in w/in and hour of calling and Beat EVERYONE’s prices.She also recommended if it had gotten worse we should do another test. Most vets would have just made you get it done.
