"We had to have our sweet Cooper put to sleep today. When they poked him with the sedative he screamed and yelled in pain. They acted like it was normal and showed no empathy. I understand that in a career field such as this, it’s best for the workers to not get emotionally involved with patients, but for Christ's sake- this was our baby we had to watch go out in such a way. The least you could’ve done was show a little compassion, even if you had to fake it. After he passed on, we felt the need to quickly leave as the Vet and Vet Tech just stared at us while we sobbed. The whole experience was horrendous and honestly very disappointing, since our experience at Morris Animal Hospital has been wonderful till today."

"I took my dog Zeek to Morris Animal hospital for the first time Friday and as soon as you walk in the door you are greeted with friendly smiles and great service! I received the best service and my dog was very calm with all the workers! Dr Terry Randolph was phenomenal and great with my dog! I am SO happy I found a great veterinarian since I just moved here! "Wow!! Such loving, caring, gentle and nice people running the show at Morris. I have been supported in such kind ways I couldn't be happier. Unfortunately I just lost my beloved Olive a couple weeks ago and my heart may be permanently broken but Morris AH hasn't stopped caring. I just got a very generous donation note in the mail filled with kind words and a tree in her honor. I am so so thankful for their kindness during the hard time in my life. "SNICKERS and KISMET recently both had dental and my Dane had major eye surgery. my favorite vets ever! My dogs love going there and they also msg or call me the day after we go. Eye Surgery went perfectly. Very Easy to get appointments and they have critical care. I especially loved the anesthetic they used on my Dane. They often don't recover quickly from it. I have had several Danes with problems up to 3 days. this time she was up and outside twice before I picked her up! if your pets are your family this is where you want to go."

We very much appreciate her honesty and forthrightness when it's time to hear hard truths. In addition, the support staff is extremely professional and personable.
