"**Edited** AFTER 3 DAYS & SEVERAL CALLS IT WAS FIXED!! I Do hope they FIX their credit/debit card machine at the carry out counter so this doesn't happen to someone else!!!!! BEWARE!!!! THEIR CREDIT CARD MACHINE MESSES UP & GROSSLY OVERCHARGES!!! I was overcharged more than $20 on 11/12/2023. I've called several times to straighten this out & every call leads to Nowhere!!! The lady that is at the carryout station has a bad attitude & isn't very attentive at all!!! She left my card in the machine for more than a min while she did a bunch of other things!!! Horribly negligent on the debit/credit card machine grossly Overcharging patrons!!! I want my Money back!!"
"The sand-which is pathetically small anymore, price goes up and the size and quality goes down, make that make sense. The chili fires however were abundant and they actually layered them which is really great, they’re great workers still, just hard to support them when it cost me $15 for a sandwhich and I’m still hungry after."
"I've ordered 5 chilies cheese fries, and 4 did not even fill half of the carry out container. As you can see clearly, 1 had like 15 fries in there. How cheap can you get with fries. Potatoes are cheap. This will be my last time ordering carry from National coney Island. Nation Coney Island seems to always be cheap with their chillies cheese fries portion. I thought his place would be different. Guess not"
