"First, I recognize this might not be a frequent experience but went there for drinks and we asked what was in a particular drink and he said “honestly, couldn’t tell you”. “I kinda wing it.” It didn’t instill much confidence in the service there so we had a beer and left. Judging by how slow it was in there on a Friday night I maybe people knew something about the place that I didn’t. The place itself was very nice."

"Food was delicious, but boy oh boy was it cold inside! I realized halfway through my meal that there was a hole in a window where a pipe (or vent maybe) was running through. That made me very uncomfortable because I had to eat with my coat on. It was really dark inside and there only seemed to be two ladies servicing the whole place so it took a bit of effort getting their attention."

"Wonderful experience, great service with wide open dining area. Highly recommend Hot Soft Pretzel appetizer! Server was friendly, personable & knowledgeable. Quiet enough for a visit with single friend, but lively enough for larger party. Great music! Large single space with high ceilings made it a bit chilly, but nothing a few extra layers wouldn't fix. Can't wait to go back & try more of their tantalizing menu!"

"Fantastic dinner at OPS. Food was excellent and service was very fast. Very nice staff and I love the vibe inside the restaurant. We went on a Sunday night and it was very quiet, but that made the experience for my girlfriend and I that much better. Would come back in a heartbeat."
