"Jan 9th 2024 ordered schnitzel sandwich. Paid $16. First off the bread was beyond soft (and it was toasted!). It was so soft it couldn’t hold what inside. The piece schnitzel was a quarter of a piece on either side of the sandwich. The piece of lettuce was larger than the chicken. When I called I was informed that “they reduced the amount of chicken in their sandwiches and there was nothing they could do”. So I tried to enjoy (unsuccessfully)a dinner of soft soggy bread with a piece of lettuce, slice of tomato, and pickle. A vegetable sandwich that I paid $16."

"I ordered a few days' worth of food to my hotel and Kravings delivered it. The food was delicious and kept well over multiple days. Avraham Meir also went out of his way to make sure I could split the payments over multiple days so I could expense it for work. Much appreciated and highly recommend it!"

"Honestly, I rarely leave low rated reviews, but this was mid at best. I've passed this place so many times and see them on food delivery apps and never had a chance to stop in. I honestly wish I hadn't. The food was way overpriced. The service (front desk) was poor, and the atmosphere was not great. I walked in and immediately was cut off by children running in front of me (love kids btw, I mean kids are going to be kids) but I look up and see there is absolutely no space at the tables bc one or 2 families had them and their multiple children spread out over 4 tables in addition to the ones running around aimlessly. I wanted to sit down, so that was clearly not happening. Secondly, as we were placing our order, we were interrupted by a customer. Instead of the cashier telling them to hold on as I was finishing, she stopped me to get them condiments. We finished our order for 1 burger, 1 sandwich, and an extra fry came to $53! That's outrageous. I was taken aback but was hoping that maybe the food is just that amazing. It....was not. It also wasn't mentioned that sandwiches/burger do NOT come with fries or a side. I couldnt believe 1 burger & fry amounted to $36 by themselves even with an extra patty bc its only 5oz. I loved that they're kosher but I've had better. I ordered the chicken avocado sandwich for myself and was disappointed in lack of flavor and overdoneness. I tried a tiny piece of the burger out of the $53 curiosity, and honestly that wasn't the greatest either. I understand it's business, but not being able to even sit down and eat, the service not be informative or even asking if I'd like to add a side was just very off-putting. I'm not sure if I'll be back, I saw they had sushi, but I'm not impressed. I've had better halal & kosher down the street and even dtwn detroit or Birmingham and paid 1/3 of the price. I just wish the food matched the hype. I will say the food was made 15-20min and I saw they have pre-made proteins & salads, but that was probably the only plus. Perhaps maybe another time, but no time soon unfortunately."

"June 2023 - my work did catering for a meeting. We ordered two of the assorted wrap platters and the 15-20 fresh fruit platter. We also received pickles for each platter. Also 6 containers of condiments - mustard, mayo and ranch. The vegetarian wrap was a big hit. I think the chicken was another big hit but the turkey was ok. Overall, we will try them again and try another platter. The driver was great and sorry for not getting his name but he was awesome. He was kind enough to wait till I got help. Asked to make sure we needed anything else before he left."
