"I placed an order at 6:07Pm and received it at 6:50pm. Was told it would be about 15 minutes for mild chicken and that turned into 25 minutes then told it would be another 7 minutes because only breast come up. Got home order wasn’t right. Regular strips instead of spicy, no red beans& rice that was paid for, chicken was hot but terribly fried all the yellow batter/breading caked up on the chicken. Everyone walking around doing nothing and looking like they didn’t know what to do and on top of that when I looked at my receipt- I was overcharged. If it were not for the fact that it was raining & slush/snow…I would have driven to another Popeyes! Never going to this one again."

"If i could give 5 zeros i would!!! The entire staff at this location needs to be replaced including any and all managers!! At the store at 10:40a doors locked! Go thru drive thru she says they had water issues or something will open at 11. 11am nothing!! No sign on the door no communication with the several customers that were trying to get in!!! Just horrible. The staff is SLOW and not courteous!! You would think if people have been waiting 30 mins at least have a smile on your face (this statement is from previous visits not today)!!! Worst Popeyes i have ever been too!!!"

"Ghetto!!!!!!!!! Please do the residents of this area a favor and close for good! This is by far the worst popeyes location I've ever visited. They always come to the drive thru speaker telling you what they don't have for the day and specifics on how they'll accept payment. Once you're in line you're trapped and will be waiting for nearly an hour for chicken that WONT be fresh anyway... this place is a joke, they almost never follow instructions as it pertains to your order. SO ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK! Chances are if you don't sit there and check your food in their face, you'll never know what's in the bag until you get it home. ALL THESE NEGATIVE REVIEWS FOR THIS PLACE AND NOT ONE MANAGER HAS STEPPED IN TO RESPOND TO ANY OF THEM. Everyone should call corporate on them."

"Waited over an hr for this…. Ordered 24pc wings ,Barely had any honey BBQ on my wings . I asked if they had Oreo cheesecake they said yes ., came out with a substitute. They won worst service of 2024 early this year"

"This Popeyes on Greenfield is so bad that I travel from Southfield to the one on Utica Rd & Groesbeck IN ROSEVILLE than go to this location or the other one on Telegraph. Both are terrible but this one right here? This one is beyond awful. Covid-19 has absolutely no excuse as this location has been bad for far longer than that. I could blame the kids that work in there but when the management is much worse, it's hard to blame them. They make mistakes and will not fix it. You call to tell them they forgot items but they never answer the phone. Then the chicken is cold, fries are old, sandwiches not done right at all, packaged poorly and served with attitudes. All of this comes with a 35-45 min wait in line if you're lucky. I once waited in line an hour and 25 minutes because they were in no hurry at all then had to pull over and wait an additional 20 minutes because they have the car ahead of me MY ORDER. Keep in mind the inside is closed and has been closed since March 2020. Save yourself the headache and go to another location. They irritated me so bad that I had to pay this review on Christmas night for an order done terribly on the 23rd."
