"You guys are never open when you say you are. I've come in the morning around 8am and y'all aren't open yet, I come in the evening around 6:30pm and y'all are closed. Either change your hours actively or just shut down completely."
"I don’t know why they lied to google stating that they are open at 5:00am when they are not. Very upset that I travel all the way up there just for it to be completely dark and everything turn off. Don’t state that you open up at 5:00am if you’re not ready to fully operate, it’s misleading. I understand prepping for the day but that means you’re not open and would probably be fully ready at 5:30am. Change your opening time!!"

"I had thebest cup of dark roast coffee I've had in a long time. It was hot and fresh. The drive thrunever has a line and the server was kind and joyful."
"I told them I wanted a filled donut about 10 times on the speaker and they still got my order wrong at the window... I tell them AGAIN and they bring me the wrong thing. What happened to drug testing before hire?? I ended up throwing my entire order away. they also do not answer the phone. Now I have to go out of my way to call corporate and everything to complain and get a refund. I will not be returning to this location."
