"TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE., gave me the wrong pop I asked for a different one and lady starts running her mouth when she shuts the window. Lmao I DROVE AWAY WITH NO POP BECAUSE SHE CANT HANDLE LISTENING TO A CUSTOMER, touching a button and completing the job properly. She’s the reason why people don’t get better pay at these types of jobs."
"Ordered the new loaded beef nachos says online it comes with beans and it didn't have any on it. Regular taco shell was very stale tasting."
"Decided to stop here after work to grab some Tacos and Nachos. This place made me the most bare tacos I have ever experienced. They are always rude in the drive thru and always seem to be out of ingredients to complete the order. I hope the business owner get new staff who actually care about working and providing customer service and quality food. I plan to give an updated review in the next few weeks."
"I've only ever had amazing experiences from this location but tonight was hands down one of the worst services I've received. I had ordered our usual chicken meals and was met with steak. We do not eat red meat at all. My dasher had asked if the substitution was alright and I responded with the same explaination. Upon opening my order and looking at what we got, I proceeded to call Taco Bell. I had asked to speak to a manager on duty to see if we could just bring the food back to the location to have it be remade. The person who answered had claimed to be a manager but absolutely REFUSED to tell me their name after my asking multiple times. They had told me it was not necessary and was extremely hostile when I had kept asking why I wasn't allowed to know their name. Highly unprofessional and behavior was nothing short of childish for a “manager”. They had argued with me about how if my food wasn't correct to just contact DoorDash Customer Service and they would take care of me, but the whole time I had heard laughing in the background. It could have been a very simple fix and I even offered to drive up there with the food. This “manager” was so combative over the phone that I doubt it would be safe to show up anyhow. Whoever they are definitely needs a refresher about keeping business for their paychecks sake."
