Big Boy

"Another airport trip, another lunch out. Not feeling like anything in particular, I headed to the Big Boy because of all the options. Ended up ordering the "Best Cheeseburger on the Planet" instead of my usual Big Boy burger. Can't honestly say it was the best but it's in the running for messiest. I took no pics because, after one bite, my hand was dripping with juice & condiments. When I finished the burger I had to use my fork to get all the runaway bits left behind. It is so substantial I felt I couldn't put it down for fear of never being able to pick it up whole again. The fries were terrific as usual. Crinkle cut holds the ketchup so much better and the minimal salt is healthier & lets you taste the fry itself. Love me some Big Boy!"

"We started off with an order of chili cheese fries for the table. It's not exactly like a coney island order of CCF but it was still pretty good. I ordered the dolly chicken sandwich with fries. Nothing too different really. Seemed like a typical chicken sandwich, but it was good. I also got a chocolate shake, which is always good. My wife ordered the bigboy and fries. She seemed to enjoy the burger. My son got the pancakes and sausage for his meal. He liked the order very much considering he ate it all. Which is not an everyday occurrence for him. Overall, if your hungry and in the neighborhood, I wound say to give it a try!"

"I moved south and haven't been to Big Boy in years. I made a trip up to Michigan for the Thanksgiving holiday and it was open on Thanksgiving night. The food was just as I remembered, delicious. Slim Jim!!"

"Honestly what a heptic night the only good thing was my server (Paradyice). Food was not good, and chef was constantly yelling at one of the expedite person and that person would yell back and throw stuff like a child, very unprofessional. Service was slow to get food and by time you got it it was cold. They offer a 10% discount and when I got it on my bill of 25,94$ it only saved me 60 cents that's below the 10%. I tried to pay my server but this guy slash cook comes out and insisted I pay him instead. Overall Paradyice was friendly and doing her best while the restaurant didn't give good food or even athmosphere. On a Saturday night at supper time and it was dead. Makes sense why it was empty. Oh not to mention they want you to fill out a survey but when you try it doesn't even work"

"Came from Chicago, passing through. It has that diner feel. It’s not a 5 star restaurant, but it definitely hits the spot. Quick service, fresh pies. Only bad thing was the dirty bathrooms. They don’t seem to clean them at all"
