Outback Steakhouse

"Was given two RAW burgers. I thought it was ketchup that gave it a pink hue because we started eating our burgers in dim lighting. After the tasting a couple bites of what was absolutely raw meat I stopped immediately and stopped my family from eating anymore! I called this location immediately but the phone rang continuously without answer. Outback Steakhouse this is unacceptable. I am sick to my stomach over this!"

"We arrived at 9am at the completely empty restaurant and were informed that lunch started at 9:30. We asked if we could sit and wait 30mins for lunch to start and the hostess said yes. Our waitress then came up to us and told us we had to order, we said we wanted to wait for lunch and she said she didn't think that was allowed and had to ask her manager because customers needed to order within fifteen minutes of sitting down. (Which seemed like something told to her in training and not something you tell the customer) She then went and grabbed a manager to go have a meeting in the back about whether or not we were allowed to wait 30mins in an empty restaurant. We got up and left."

"First, I was requested to sit at the bar. I ordered Sirloin steak, soup, and salad. Then, I was told that the chef already dumped the soup, no soup left. Then, when the sirloin steak came, it lay lonely on the white plate. At the end, I asked the waitress Shavon, “I remember that Outback serves the brown bread. Also, when I read the menu again, Sirloin steak also comes with a FREE side. Where are the bread and One free side?” The waitress replied,” If you ask, I give you!” This restaurant should give back my money. If the waitress has such working attitude, I let you comment! Madam, I work hard to earn my money. But what was included, it was taken off……. That meat charged me $18.69. The house salad $4.99. Never forget that very Only, Lonely meat on the big white plate."

"Wait was a little long, but they were very busy and seemed to be short staffed. Our waitress did an amazing job regardless of that fact. The Aussie fries were fantastic, we ordered 2 sirloins both were cooked medium rare like we asked. Cheesecake was amazing as well."

"was denied service and could not eat !!! no one was in there , he was extremely rude and said he is not allowing to go orders so then i asked can i sit down he denied me . he said they only had one server but no one was in there . but two people so then well i ask if i had someone order my food and sit down may they order it for me and he said no they have to order a drink in order to sit down. he was very dismissive and rude and i found it funny that i wasn’t able to to sit down just because i am black ethnicity but others are allowed to sit down in eat then he said that if someone sit down at the bar they had to order a drink and could not just order food . it was only 2 people in the restaurant and he denied me service saying it was only one server and the 2 people already had there food . very poor staff and service . extremely rude"
