"Ordered 2 orders of the featured Spicy wings. Received all Flats, no drummies in both orders. Small thing, but annoying as the recipient of the second order doesn't prefer Flats. They should mix it up or alert the customer of what they will be receiving. Update: Customer service responded and remedied the matter."

"Went to this location on 5/3. Ordered two chicken nugget meals and both of them were uncooked and chewy. Missing a biscuit that came with the meal and the lemonade was watered down. Spoke with the manager Randy and was arguing with me on how “fresh my meal was” because he “remembered preparing it”. My chicken was nowhere near fresh and continued to argue with me about how they’re constantly preparing “fresh nuggets”. Which is clearly untrue. Was very rude and nowhere near accommodating. I asked for a refund and he continued to tell me how they don’t do refunds and will replace the meal which I didn’t want because of how the food was originally “prepared”. Will never go back here and calling corporate."
