"I tried to treat my son and myself to dinner on 1-7-24 at the North Wayne Rd MI location. He had a paper gift card (it was a Christmas gift) and the cashier claimed it couldn’t be used so, a mgr was called. She said the same thing neither one even tried to manually enter the card number. Then, when my son gets back the food was wrong, cold, and nasty. I called to inform them and seriously had the employee give me an attitude and wanted a receipt (even though she clearly remembered the order even repeated it entirely!!) well, this place tells you the receipts in the bag THE RECEIPTS NEVER IN THE BAG!!!! Who is this employee who felt it was acceptable to argue with a customer and have an attitude the entire time?? My money pays their wages so does all of the customer's as a matter of fact. I will not be back to this establishment again."
"Went to the drive-through, I spent $35.00. I ordered 12 hard shell tacos , a burrito supreme, and a beef burrito. When I got home, ALL THE TACOS WERE STUCK TO THE PAPER. THEY ALL BROKE TRYING TO PEEL THEM FROM THE PAPER. THE BEEF BURRITO WAS NOT JUST BEEF. IT WAS SPICY AND HAD CHIPS AND RICE WITH CHEESE IN IT. NOT EVEN CLOSE TO WHAT I ORDERED. THE MEAT TASTED DIFFERENT. Everyone at the house agreed. Wont be going back any time soon. What a shame, used to be my favorite."
"Food orders have been wrong past 3 times I’ve been there. Helen Keller could give better service, and no one seems to work in a timely fashion in that place. Responsibility seems to be few and far between at this location."
"Ordered three cheesy bean and rice burritos and added potato to each, for an extra 90 cents for each burrito and got literally two pieces of potato in each. Why did I pay almost three dollars for two tiny slices of potatoes in each. Also nachos and cheese were all over the bottom of the bag."
"Do yourself a favor and go to a different Taco Bell. I've tried this location a few times because of convenience. Everytime my order is messed up and the quality of the food is horrible. My quesadilla wasn't cooked or cut. On three different occasions."
