"Placed an online order and asked for a certain type of bread. Apparently they were out and gave me a bread I do not like. They didn’t even mention it to me whatsoever. I called to let them know I would be coming up to swap it but the rude manager hung up on me after I politely was asking him when the new batch of bread was going to be made. I called back FIVE times and he refused to pick up the phone. I drove up there immediately and the place was dead and he was not busy. Which means he was ignoring my call. The tattoo’d manager is unprofessional and should rethink how he treats customers."
"I absolutely love this subway! The staff is always amazing, nice and polite. I have a big family so when I make an order it's an order! The team work at this location is amazing I'm never in there long maybe 5-8 mins and leaving with 6+ sandwiches especially today 5/9/20 @2:53pm kudos to you two staff members the team work and customer service was absolutely amazing! Keep up the great job!"
