"Decided to try this place out for the first time ever and super disappointed. The food was all cold and the fajita veggies were just raw onions and peppers, plus they cost extra. For the price I'll just stick to Qdoba."
"The quality has gone down. My “Bowl” is always cold. The toppings are taken from the top (not the warm bottom). The chips are always in a separate bag and never hot anymore. I don’t want someone’s hand inside my cup, even a gloved hand with food on them and the building is uncomfortably cold. Please turn up the heat…on the food & indoors too."
"The quality has dramatically deteriorated in the past 6 months. Not sure what happened, but everything suffered. The taste is not as good and the toppings were added sparingly. Chips are now added to the Taco container instead of a separate bag so they can get nice and soggy for the ride home. This was so exceptionally disappointing that I'm am unlikely to return to this location. The only good thing was the queso."
