"I ordered a few items and had a family member pick up, who was unaware of what was ordered. My youngest son's pizza that he wanted to pay for on his own was not included with the other items paid for. Since no one was answering the phone from the location, we called corporate who was sympathetic and told us a district manager would call us back about the incident. No one ever called and we were never reimbursed for the food we payed for. Little Ceasars clearly doesn't care about it's customers or have any issue stealing money from them, buyers beware!!!"
"My experience at this Little Caesar has never been poor for reason of inattentive or rude servers or bad food. Rather, it always seems that the staff are stretched thin, and in the past, they have frequently been out of something or other. Good people serving good food, just with fewer bodies and resources than would be ideal."
"The guys here tonight were awesome! I ordered a few pizzas, one of them being a pretzel crust. After it was made and I inspected it, I didn't think it was pretzel crust and brought it back in. The gentleman at the counter said it was and put more butter and salt on it. My husband and I then tasted it and it tasted nothing like pretzel. I brought the pizza back in. They were not upset and happily made me a new one with new baking soda solution. They even comped me some brownies for the trouble. These guys were superniceand helpful. Great customer service!!"
"This little Caesar’s sucks. Since moving back to the area I’ve tried to get food 4 times. They never have anything available. One time I sat at the drive through for well over 5 min before somebody said they’d be with me. I waited another 5 min and left. I get times are tough but damn. Business idea. Hot N Ready."
"Well this is the worst pizza restaurant that I have ever had to order from!!!! I still have to get a proper refund. Ordered 1 pizza. Waited 1 hr. Did not have the order ready. Ordered the same pizza, 40 minutes later. Still not done! I asked to talk to the manager, he proceeded to tell me to fxxx off! Employee tried to refund my money on a $17 bill. Only refunded $6? PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU GO ORDER A PIZZA FROM HERE. IT WILL NOT BE HOT AND READY!!! GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE"
