BIGGBY COFFEE

"Went to Biggby Coffee drive-thru today on Friday, February 9 at about 4:10pm. Service was quick and friendly. I just got some Donut Holes and Iced Coffee with caramel only. There was only one car ahead of me and I was able to get what I ordered right away. I didn’t get the young lady’s name that helped at the drive-thru today, but she was really friendly and kind. I asked her to make sure that my iced coffee was actually iced coffee. I ordered the same thing about two weeks ago, but someone gave me Iced Tea instead. It tasted okay, but I was a little disappointed. She asked me if I got a refund, but told her it was not necessary. I didn’t want to make a big fuss and didn’t want to hold up the drive-thru lane. She proceeded to help me and wanted to make sure the issue was resolved; she gave me a free beverage for my next visit. Whoever you are, thank you! It was not necessary, but greatly appreciated! I would recommend people going there and try their iced coffee with caramel only; it’s my favorite! I would definitely be back!"

"We like treating ourselves to a special coffee at Biggby. I had a frozen Mint Mocha and my husband tried the Avalanche hot. Both drinks were perfect."

"Honestly, what the heck. I only ordered a single latte, and it took almost half an hour for them to complete it. When I received it, it was not only missing the sweet foam that I requested instead of whip, but it did not taste like what it should have. How does a peppermint mocha taste like a winter wonderland? There is no cinnamon in a peppermint mocha and I wish they kept it that way. Disappointed. Please work on your speed, as not everyone has the time to wait on you and sit in a drive through for half an hour. Thanks."

"I hate to say this as a Biggby employee myself, but the Zeeland Biggby has been a bit disappointing lately. When I order in the store, the service is great and the employees are wonderful, but the drive through is a different story. Not only have they messed up the sizes of my iced coffee, but the past time I came in they made me pay for a part of my iced coffee when it should be free. I understand that everyone makes mistakes, but I clearly explained what I wanted, and my expectations were not met. I’m sorry to leave this bad review, but I just wanted to bring awareness to my experience!"
