"I have a long history with Franks—they were my first job ever in 2015 when I was 15! My husband and I went out to franks on Saturday for the hot fudge milkshake that I was craving. Not only is the restaurant mostly just like it was when I left (aside from the cool addition), but the service was phenomenal and the food was just as good as it used to be… It was busy and we were there during lunch rush, but our server was intentional about communicating that our orders were working hard on the grill…honestly the orders didn’t take a long time, but that communication goes a long way! Not sure who he was, but he did great customer service and made us a great set of milk shakes."

"Haven't been to this nostalgic place in over 20 years. The memories of when I was a kid going to get the best burger around. They all flooded back to me. Please if you have the chance to get in this restaurant. Do it."
"This place is amazing. Homemade burgers. The food was delicious. Servers were friendly. When you walk in you take a trip back in time. Plenty of people working to keep things following nicely. The jukebox was on playing music. You can sit at the counter and enjoy watching the food get prepared. The place was clean including the bathrooms."
