"The service was good. The staff was nice. But the dining experience wasn't fun. It was so cold inside the dining area that it made it very uncomfortable to eat. We actually had to go out to the car to get warmed up. I have never been to a Taco bell that was so cold."
"This has happened multiple times. For some reason I never get my nachos when I order online from this location. I ordered multiple orders of nachos and none of them were in the bag. Everyone is nice there but it’s so disappointing that this has happened multiple times."
"They never get it right. Seriously. If you're not messing up how I've ordered and paid for my food, you don't know ow how to cut anything properly so that it doesn't go all over my car when trying to eat it. Smh. You didn't even try..... So messy it all fell out, both of them, then I had nothing to eat."
"It was just before 6:30 pm and there were a total of 4 people waiting for food. 1 of them was a to-go order. One other person ordered food after me. 20 minutes to get my order of 3 crispy tacos, a bean burrito and an order of cinnamon bites. Unbelievable. This is supposed to be fast food. If I wanted to wait this long I'd have gone to a regular sit down restaurant. I looked and there was nobody in the drive thru. The guy behind me just got his order before me. What a joke. Waste your money elsewhere."
