"I ordered a pepperoni and onion pizza from here and it was incredible! Seth was super helpful and provided over-the-top customer service, I was so impressed with him and the quality of the food. I still have NO idea what "boom boom" sauce is, but I DEFINITELY recommend trying it with your pizza or breadsticks; Im so full but my mouth started watering again just thinking about it! I'll definitely be back."
"I love Vitale’s and visit regularly. However, last night, I had a party of 6. I ordered two large pepperoni pizzas and my son ordered a side Caesar salad and my daughter and I ordered a side garden salad. The salads are usually very good, but last night, I took a bite and got a blonde hair stuck in my mouth. I’m a brunette and so are all of my kids and my husband. I know it didn’t fall off any of our heads and into the salad. The server had brown hair as well so I know it didn’t come from her. It took the server 10 minutes to come over and apologize and I get it, she was busy with all the other tables she had. However, I am disappointed that nobody from management came to speak to us at all. It makes me leery to visit again, wondering if I’ll receive the same service (none) from management again."
"I ordered a large deluxe pizza. It was delicious until I got into the third piece and had a 6" to 9" long hair that pulled out from the cheese/sausage and toppings. Don't get me wrong I know stuff happens in kitchen/service and I would rather it be a longer head hair then a short one. Either way makes it difficult to enjoy the rest of pizza while wondering or looking for. Not sure if I will continue ordering or not."
"I am from Florida. I am up here for a funeral. My sister Cindy & friends Janey & Cheryl invited me here for pizza. Brandon was our server. He was very nice. The service and food was excellent! We had the cheesy bread and 2 different pizzas! So amazing!"
"Vitales speciality pizza( Mushroom, Jalapeños, Onions, and chicken tossed in Buffalo sauce) gives the best taste to the pizza. Make sure to let them know to add less marinara sauce."
