"Ordered on app like they want but got there and can't get my Hot chocolate machine broke and they can't refund me cause I ordered in app. This is the 3rd time this has happened. "Always get my order right, never an issue. You'd be surprised how many places mess up a "half sweet, half unsweet" tea, but never this place?! Always pleasant to say hi to Patricia in the drive thru."
"The food was very good, a very long wait in the drive thru line. The young man the delivered my order wadded up the bag, did not include any napkins, and never asked if I wanted condiments for my fries. Far below the national standards for this corporation, which I have previously worked for on two occasions."
"This is one of those newer modernized McDonald's where you order on their kiosks, or use their app. I walked in, but still ended up ordering on the app since the kiosks are still a bit confusing to operate (for me at least). My order was prepared quickly and ended up eating inside. The restaurant is clean and the look is modern. I just miss the days of interacting with the sales counter."
