"The staff at this location are wonderful and the main reason we love Childtime. My son has attended from 3 months old to now at 20 months old, and he's always so happy to arrive and see staff, which reassures me that he's treated well. I love the app with picture and video updates throughout the day, and I found that the tuition is comparable to other daycares. There has been some miscommunication here and there, but overall we're very satisfied with the care our son receives, which is why we kept him at that location even after moving closer to downtown."

"Childtime has been an amazing learning center for our son. He has learned so much in the past few years since he has attended Childtime. I am confident he will be ready for Kindergarten and a big part of that is because of the amazing teachers at Childtime. They plan great lessons, communication is excellent and I am able to focus at work knowing my child is safe and well cared for at Childtime."

"I was not a fan of this daycare, and neither were my kids. They did not look forward to going there. I don't think that they received much attention, and they did not learn anything while they were there. One teacher, in the 18 month room, was excellent, but other than her, it was not worth it there. This place is extremely over-priced, and from what I understand, the price went up after I left. I have spoken to many parents and the price I was paying for my kids to get ignored was way more than any other parent I have ever spoken to. I do not recommend. My kids now, love going to their daycare and their school, and I have never experienced them dread going anywhere as much as this daycare."

"We have been going to Childtime of Kentwood for over two years. The best part are the teachers and administrative staff. They know and care about our two girls. There has been very little staff change-over in the 2+ years, which says a lot! We started at a different daycare for 3 months, and there was a lot more changeover. Some other things worth mentioning: Their curriculum is one of the best in the area - as an example my 2 1/2 year old's classroom is working on counting to 20 - other daycares the end goal is counting to 10. Every two weeks you'll go home loaded with projects your children (even the smallest babies) have done. I know some daycares do web cams - personally, I'm not a fan. Childtime uses an app that allows you to see what activities your child is doing, what books they are reading in class, and you receive daily pictures, videos and customized notes. If you are concerned about nutrition, Childtime's GrowFit Program is awesome! I've done a comparison and the other places are serving sugar loaded juice - C.T. also does a lot of whole wheat breads, wraps, and tortillas. People always comment on what a great eater my toddler is - she never begs for juice, and chooses wheat thins to cookies! Again, the number one thing has been the staff - but you can see there are a lot of other positives - - we've been more than happy with our experience at Childtime!"

"The staff are excellent and really value helping the children develop. This site offers baby to kindergarten care, with several after school programs for the older kids as well. Families are kept in the loop of the many events and theme days that happen throughout the year. Class sizes are very reasonable, and the rooms have an abundance of natural light (unlike some other places nearby and in the village of Caledonia). Meals are healthy and prepared fresh."
