The Cheesecake Factory

"Have not been been to a Cheesecake factory for a long long time but someone gave me a giftcard and we went for our daughters 18th birthday. Had reservations at 6:15pm but got there early and we were seated right away. Our waiter Sam was patient as we looked through the amazingly large menu, he kept our drinks filled and checked on us often. The food was delicious, portion sizes were good and the cheesecake to die for. We will be back as I want to try more menu options!"

"Food was great. Service was good. Took a little patients while waiting for each stage, but it was getting quite busy so I'm sure they were swamped. The short stars are because the place seemed really, kind of dirty. The lamp in or small booth was grimy and dusty, the space between the table and wall was grimy. The table was sticky, I ended up cleaning it with my napkin and cup of water, that worked enough to where I can touch the table. All in all it wasn't too bad, just have a bit of house keeping to do."

"AJ was out server. Tried to get everything we needed in a timely manner as we had a meeting to go to. One of the four of us got the wrong meal but let it go as they brought some cheese for the cheeseburger (but it was cold). It has fresh onions on which she didn't want and the wrong bun. The rest of our meals were great."

"My oldest son loves going to the Cheesecake Factory while on vacation. It's quite expensive and the food is usually good but never great. This is our first, and probably only, visit to this location. It was fine but with so many other options in the Grand Rapids area I would have rather gone somewhere else. My wife and I are annoying vegans. Well, I'm annoying about it, she worries less about it than I do. Our kids are teenagers and they eat whatever they want. Our server was very helpful with my food modifications. I do appreciate that. The menu is massive but there is (surprisingly) not a lot of vegan friendly dishes. I get Evelyn's pasta with some dairy free and meat free substitutions. My wife got a Cobb Salad in vegan form. My youngest ordered a chicken pasta and my oldest got Korean BBQ. About halfway done with his meal my oldest found a two or three inch wire in his food. I think they server and manager handled it well, they brought him soup and his choice of anything on the menu. Hey ate for free (a meal and a half + soup). He did take some back to the hotel. Comping all four meals would have been really nice. I think everyone like their meals. My pasta dish was good but could have easily eaten another plate of it. My wife said her salad was okay but nothing she couldn't make at home. My youngest really liked his chicken pasta, and it did look tasty. My oldest enjoyed all the food he go that night. Thankfully he spotted the wire before he took that particular bite."
