"Did my best to order the correct part, but as usual part numbers had changed. Then I got an email telling me my parts wouldn’t be shipped until I agreed that I couldn’t return them. I agreed reluctantly and of coarse got the wrong part. Lesson learned the hard way. Not again with this company. Just go to the dealer and pay more. It will save you money in the long run."
"Ordered a part and was told it would be delivered in a certain date range. It was in processing past the expected delivery date range. I called regarding the order and was told it shipped, and I would receive a tracking number that day. I never received an update so I called again following the weekend and asked for the tracking number. I was told I can call back for a "live update" or opt for an e-mail update. I'm later notified via e-mail my order was canceled- huge waste of time and effort."
