"Worst experience ever visiting any Valvoline. Not sure where to start from, asked me for air pressure and never filled it or cabin air filter was pitched to me for $55 (more than my car’s OEM) Or drained my old engine oil using a Vaccum suction pipe from the hood side instead of the bottom of the car or never changed my engine oil filter because they never drained the oil from there (so never opened the bottom cover, you can tell as you are sitting in the car). I have been to other valvoline places in the past but never had a single concern, this place was something else. If this would have been the first time I ever came to a valvoline then I would NEVER go to valvoline again. The cost of oil change is almost same what it cost at dealership (I get semisynthetic) it’s just the experience of see things done in front of your eyes which adds some value but well BIG disappointment. The only thing bothering me is my car still has OLD ENGINE OIL FILTER."

"Milford Valvoline is usually busy, crew today was prompt and on top of things. Given I have a fleet vehicle they had to do stuff on my car twice because I didn't know it needed additional service and they got me taken care of as quickly as they could."

"I came in for an oil change and the next day the tire on my 2020 vehicle popped right at the seam where it meets the rim. I was asked permission to fill my tires to 33 at the recommended pressure of my VIN which I permitted. When it popped they investigated and said the footage shows they were filled to 35 which they were not given permission on let alone was I asked if they could go past the recommended pressure of my VIN. Their excuse was due to it being winter and having a little extra put in for that. That makes sense for winter weather but it is spring weather. I have pictured each tire being at 36 so it was not even accurately put to 35. Then, I have pictured the increase in pressure the days following due to their poor judgement on weather. I am now driving around on a spare which they’ve refused to take care of because they didn’t fill to the max of what my tires can hold which makes absolutely no sense. Customer care told me they can only send an email and see “if they feel like reopening the claim”. Tell me why on earth they’d “want” to reopen a claim where they’re in need of admitting being in the wrong and handling the situation appropriately???? Oh, and I was sent through HOOPS trying to get ahold of the store manager in the first place because they do not pick up the phones half the time even for corporate and customer care- absurd! I have been a customer with Valvoline since 2017 and the employees are always so friendly. However, friendliness does not make up for the absolute LACK in customer service including the customer care through corporate. Not to mention the fact that unless they royally mess up to an unrealistic extent they do not hold themselves accountable for the mistakes they make."
