"Do not purchase Batteries at O Reilly. When they sell you a bad battery with a warranty they will make you wait hours to attempt to charge it before they make a decision to refund or give you a good exchange. Been waiting 1 1/2 hours and they still are making me wait longer to see if it will charge. They initially said it would take up to an hour ! . Answer is Do Not Buy A Battery At O Riellys"

"Extra mile, ran out of gas today in Milford luckily there was a O'REILLY'S auto parts across the street went there to purchase gas can a clerk named clay drove me and my wife to gas station then took us back to our car and then put gas in our car.. so that gives them at least 3 extra stars ....."
"The sales associate was rude. I needed a pin for a flap under my car. I told him my make and model. He told me I needed to remove the only one to get the size. Fine. I asked him if I needed a special tool? I thought that was a reasonable question. He then told me ( very rudely) he was an auto parts salesperson and that he was not going to crawl under my car and get dirty! I didn't expect him to do that but I did expect him to be courteous and not be a complete jerk. Stay away from this store."
