"Horrible experience here I would not recommend. Told me the tires would last evening before close. I took an Uber to pick it up when they told me it would be ready and had to take an Uber home because it wasn’t when the store closed. Next morning when it was ready they called me out and I discovered they put two year old tires on the car (from 2021). They gave me a 50 dollar credit for the inconvenience so I paid $730.00 instead of $780.00. But the tires I got looked exactly like the ones they took off. Pictures attached. I would have rather had the money and time back and gotten tires that were actually new (at another dealer)… you be the judge."

"Really unhappy with one of the workers here the other ones were excellent but I brought in my tire to see if I can get it fixed or if I needed to get it replaced and I had to go home to confer with my family and I decided against it Before I had left. One of the workers said that they were going to mount my tire or something clearly I didn’t understand or I misinterpreted what he said and he was very rude and said I made it very clear that this was going to happen you’re going to have to pay for and I said well I’m not paying for it because clearly I misinterpreted what you said you were going to do and then they threw my tire out in the front of the shop didn’t offer me help Didn’t say anything to put my tire back in my trunk for me and that worker needs to work on his customer service. The other people were lovely and I hate to be this type of person but he made me feel stupid and he degraded me and I think he needs work on his customer service skills. I wish I got his name . He’s an older guy with a beard I believe all I gotta say is this made me not want to come back and when I called to complain and let them know how I feel they barely said two words to me and hung up so would not recommend very rude. Made me feel uncomfortable not a good experience Edit: Also looked up more views, and it seems like this guy with the beard doesn’t have a good track record so replace him or tell him to fix his attitude and his customer service skills because absolutely f’ing not!"

"Review is specific to Milford location - used to be by far the best run tire location and have bought tires there for all family cars for decades since they opened. Even helped match tires for antique cars. Not sure what's happened at this location, but very poor communication and help on recent attempts to purchase tires. Lost significant time driving there after placing an internet order a week ago and calling the location when they never responded - they said to come on in only to find out they didn't have the tires I ordered then stated they had no way to get them. Other local Tire Discounters are still very helpful however, located the tires I ordered nearby, and set me up for later this week."

"My tire pressure sensor alarm went off, I pulled into the TD in Milford that I always use, thinking I just needed air . They didn't even question me that I was a customer, just promptly started filling all my tires. He got to the low one and spotted a screw in the 'corner' where the diameter and sidewall meet., so not repairable. Had the tires I needed in stock, and being Halloween said they could get to it right away, which they did. Very good service and very nice about it."

"Kyle is great. But when I went to get the tires installed, dude with a beard was rude. Dismissive. Kyle was off on the day. I had called ahead to make an appointment and make sure they had replacement lug nuts. I was assured things would be all set. When I arrived, beardo told me to go get the lug nuts myself, too bad if I called ahead and was told things would be in place. Make your appointment when Kyle is working."
