"Worst employee's ever! Treat you like trash and offer you 5bucks for anything you bring in. Definitely not honest or fair people working here. Anyone else will treat and pay you better. Im not the only person that says this also."

"My girlfriend my friends and I have frequented this pawn shop a lot. We have purchased multiple gaming systems. Jewelry and other items that young adults would want for themselves. We’ve never had a problem. The people working have always been super helpful and willing to make a deal on the items."

"I went there to sale my laptop. They plug it in supposedly. But it didn't turn on so the told me it was the power button. I said ok. So I took in home and plugged it in and guess what it turns right on. So I call them to tell them that there plug maybe bad. But the still say its my power button. They don't know anything about laptops."

"I will be seeing this company in court, I'm sueing hardcore, warning to everybody here, the owner or manager or whatever he is, is VERY rude, everyone in there when I've went in there was rude and had a unprofessional attitude like they were above you, but this last time I went in with my girlfriend who has ACTUAL medical problems and is currently trying to get on her medication but we WALKED a pretty far journey to get there and we got all the way up and I had a 400 dollar laptop and he wanted to give me 75 dollars for it, brand new laptop guys, got it for chistmas from a friend for me going to college and I was like whatever I'll do it, but my girlfriend didn't like the sound of the price he offered and so she walked over to the other laptops he had for sale and she noticed the laptop's that was for sale were in worse shape or not even as nice as mine and she said "how can you offer 75 for a laptop that is better than all of these?" To her self but outloud and mind you the owner or whatever wasn't the one that was cashing us out nor was even around, and so we got all the way to the sale point of signing the papers and walking out with money but my girlfriend was the one that had to use her Id because I lost mine and so she forgot her social so we told him we would be right back so we could go home and she could get her ssn and so we walked that journey again and returned and when I walked in and up to the counter the owner was standing there and RUDELY said to me "were not going to take your laptop" with a ugly smirk on his face, and I said.......huh? And he said "yeah we ain't gonna take it" I said "you're joking right?" And he said "nope" RUDELY WITH THAT UGLY SMIRK and I said " what? Is this really how you treat your customers?" And he said "yeah that's how we treat customers who come in here and disrespect and talk crapp about our products" and I said "WHAT!? what are you talking about I never said anything about your products!" (I was even asking about even buying a few things there) and he said "no but your girlfriend did, I heard what she said about our laptops" and I said "SIR, this isn't even her sale! This is my laptop and sale and she didn't even say anything rude!?" And he said " we ain't takin the laptop get out" and so we did and now it is war. Please don't go in this store, the outside is trash and creepy looking and when you walk inside your day will be ruined"

"Ran across this stoe while just walking around Fairborn. Didn't even know it existed until we happened by it. Got our tv from there. It was fabulously priced, and in perfect condition! The guys there were friendly and very helpful, and for $10 extra he drove it to our place, since they found out we had walked there. ((We weren't planning on buying it right then and there admittedly but it was such a good deal we couldn't say no!)) Overall a great experience and I will be going back in the future!"
