"I got my car back I worse condition than I gave it to them. I honestly couldn’t believe they considered this “done”. I got the superior interior and exterior detail. Have to say the exterior as pretty well done. The interior as a totally different story. Mud EVERYWHERE. There was a literal PUDDLE in my cup holders. I couldn’t believe it. obvious areas they did not even wipe a rag over, speckled spots from spray and not being wiped down, doors not cleaned. Didn’t even clean the vents or my rear view mirror. I don’t think they even opened my center counsel. The pictures speak for themselves."

"I’ve been coming here for many years, I recently add a bike rack to my car and taken it through at least once in the car wash with the rack on my car, none of the equipment was damaged, I went up for a wash a few weeks ago and was told after I gave a payment on my credit card that I couldn’t take my car through, the rack cannot just be removed like that, I backed out being assured I would not be charged on my card, but I was when I called to inquire about my refund an online refund request was submitted and I received a email to show the request was submitted but the email tells me it would be a credit for another car wash... ummm no! I’ve found another car wash to use, and Zappy’s doesn’t allow my car with my bike rack. Please refund my $12 dollars please.."

"They charge prices of how they want. I can with puke and dog hair in my car last year and was charged $45. I go today and was charged $65 and it had milk and dog hair. The guy was very rude and said he is the manager and can charge what he wants. I called the company number and they don't care."
