"Winter 2024: All associates at the hub are now ignoring me and not returning my phone call and customer service states there is nothing they can do for losing my package Spring 2023 : Had a 2,200.00 package. Driver forged my name on a direct signature. Contacted customer service for a month who only kept trying to make it everybody else's responsibility other than their own. Went to the hub myself for the driver to describe having a woman sign off in it which is not what a direct signature is and nobody like that in the household or surrounding area. The hub investigates and gets nowhere with no return call any better than the claims department."
"Still have not received my package. They received it yesterday morning at 7:30 am was out for delivery all day. Got a notice that delayed shipment. It is sitting at their place. They are closed and I still have no package."

"Had package delivered to abandoned house before mine. Driver left at front door (No front door), in the yard. He could see my house from where he was, with my address on the house. Repeated calls to FedEx and no one taking responsibility. Come on fedex, that place was not lived in, especially with a tree on the roof. Are your drivers that bad? That place didn't have an posted address or mailbox. All I get is the fedex shuffle, er runaround..."
