"I needed to cancel a paid reservation. To do so I had to call. During that call I asked if I would receive a refund for my cancellation and was told I would have a credit. Upon emailing them and asking about this credit, I was told I did not have a credit. If you decide to do business with them, be sure to get everything in writing. It is clear that their administrative practices are questionable."
