"I’m officially swearing off all fast food for 2024 thanks to my visit to Pizza Hut tonight. Ten mins for a pizza is super fast. And I got what you would expect from a 10 minute pizza. Doughy crust and undercooked toppings. I waited for my food after I ordered and it was barely room temperature. Like did they microwave the pizza instead of using a oven then put it the fridge before boxing it up?? I don’t complain or ask people to remake my food ain’t no telling what they will do to it. Make it right the first or just loose my businesses indefinitely. Hope this helps someone who’s feeling nostalgic about 90’s Pizza Hut, it’s dead and gone."

"Driving home from Chicago, couldn’t do online order. So called , got a call center. Why ?? Was told I was wrong about what I read online. Then was transferred. Why couldn’t I just call the store I wanted ? Guy at store told me they couldn’t homer online prices. So I was punished for not playing on phone when driving. Picked a few melt things. 15.99. Got home to the below picture. Also had to warm it up since it was cold. Called , to speak frustration. Call center again. Transferred …again. Spoke to the lady on phone, claimed she made them fresh. Spoke of staffing issues then hung up on me. What an unprofessional, underwhelming, over paid experience."

"I order from this Pizza Hut every other week but I will no longer be ordering from this location.. Ordered my food tonight and the driver forgot half of my order, so I called and spoke with Eric, and they sent it out 40 mins after my food had gotten here, didn’t offer a refund, or anything, and I think that’s ridiculous and unprofessional… no we aren’t eating the rest after we already sat down and ate dinner 40 mins later… that’s crazy… should’ve refunded it or brought the food out together the first time and not waited almost an hour!!! I will no longer be ordering from this location due to managements inability to fix their mistakes."

"I can't believe I spent so much money for a special occasion and this is the quality of pizza I got. Very disappointed. It was burnt and there were almost no toppings. I didn't have time to call and get a new one made. The cooks need to understand that ordering food is expensive and we deserve an edible product! Edit: Friday, Mar. 10 at 5pm Ordered a dinner box with a beef and cheese, and a cheese. Both were burnt and the beef was like little crunch balls."
