"The Chicken Noodle Soup was sub-par, we ordered delivery, it was not exactly what was ordered. The Salad was good, Mac and Cheese was good, the Grilled Cheese was cold, probably more to do with Door Dash."

"Even though the food was good, the experience was dismal: • While I was waiting for my food, two young adult employees, one man and one woman, were flirting on the job right in front of me while deciding who would make my order, which was the ONLY order that was left on the screen, with the man saying how he hates making the sandwich I made, which is a Green Garden Caprese Melt, so the lady he was with said that he would make the sandwich “just for him.” • When I received the email, it said that I would have it by 4:56pm EST, and I didn’t receive it until 5:10pm all because nobody noticed my order on the screen and were slacking off. • Upon receiving my order, my melt had to be separated through my own efforts (which I don’t mind but seriously though). • On top of having to split my own sandwich, they never gave me my cup that I ordered with my sandwich, chips, and bowl of soup. • As I was throwing my napkin away, I found the trash can filled to the brim. The Panera Bread located at the Strip Plaza in North Canton, Ohio IS NOT worth wasting your time and money on - I DO NOT recommend it and I will never come to this location in the future!"
"The food is always good here. Ordered a bread bowl and after I was waiting for my food the cashier told me they were out of bread bowls. I asked if I could get a credit since it is cost more and she just stared at me and said I could choose any soup I want... I don't think she understands what a credit or refund means."
