"Staff forgot the bacon on my sub, I was handed the sub before I even finished paying. When I had to come all the way back in and let them know that they forgot they gave me an attitude and acted as if I was a nuisance. Sorry if you’re going to charge me for extras I shouldn’t have to turn around and waste my time coming back for the staff to give me a hard time about it. The cashier girl was nice however."

They delivered everything on time and with no errors - and of course the food was delicious! I highly recommend ordering from here."

"Every time I walk into this Jimmy Johns, I always get the same guy. He is the best! He ALWAYS says,”Welcome to Jimmy Johns!” In one of the most enthusiastic ways!! He is very polite and I come back to this location on because he shows me how a customer should be treated!! I hope that the GM of the store recognizes him for always being a smiling face and super kind to everyone who walks through that door! A description of him is he is taller, dark hair, mixed complexion, happy, etc! Next time I need to ask for him name so I can update this!"
