"Driver contacted me and let me know an ETA. Package arrived in good condition although a day later than Tavour said it would, probably because I'm a couple hours away from Dayton. All in all, I have no complaints about Mercury Services."

"If I could leave negative I would. After them saying it would be delivered Monday the beginning of the week, no news until I called and waited for a half hour then got transferred and then called back to say it be delivered Wednesday. Thursday rolls around I call back they said it's going to be delivered today. The delivery person calls me says they broke down again and asked me to come pick the package up!! Can't make this up. Avoid doing business with anyone who uses them as a shipping partner. AT ALL COSTS"

"I would give no stars if possible. The Beer of the Month club was a Christmas gift for my husband and we chose quarterly deliveries. First not sure why they are using a delivery service that is based over an hour away from our address (Dayton, we are in Cincinnati). However, poor communication, going on week 3 of trying to get this delivered on a day when we are home, filled out the online form twice saying we are not home on Wednesday but they continue to try to deliver on Wednesday. Reached out to the shipper, they claim to have contacted Mercury and made arrangements to have it delivered last Friday or yesterday...nothing. Can't even track it now. This is the second shipment we have experienced these issues. I would never recommend."

"Probably one of the worst couriers any business can hire. I couldn't chose the courier for my order otherwise I would have never chosen a company with such poor reviews. If a package you ordered is carried by the courier know that you won't get it for a very long time and there will be little to no communication. Tracking showed it appeared in Dayton about a month before I actually received it. I received a few texts say it would be delivered X day but that never happened. One day it finally showed up. I assume they just got tired of looking at it in their warehouse."

"There is a reason you haven't heard of this delivery service and my best recommendation would be find other avenues to save money, because this isn't worth it. They need a signature but make no attempts to contact you to set up a delivery time. The phone number they leave is an automated answering service that tells you to email them. I received a response 2 days later telling me to drive to them to get my package or I wouldn't be getting it. If you are a company considering this business just be prepared to lose customers, because the company that contract them just lost mine."
