"This place has been going downhill since we began ordering from them. At first it was small things like missing garlic cups or the wrong ones, then moving onto missing toppings on the pizza to not getting the pizza that you ordered. Not getting my pizza due to the store mix up was the last straw. Also worth noting is that if you select one of their "Deals", you can't use any other coupon with that like you can at other pizza joints."
"t was our first time ordering from you. The ordering was fine and a coupon was applied for being a first time customer which was awesome but from there it went downhill. The order was to arrive in 45 minutes. It did not. I called when it was 15 minutes late. The person on the phone said she would look into it and put the phone down. I heard them talking back and forth and having problems knowing where my order was. I waited 5 minutes for someone to pick up the phone. They said it would be another 15 to 20 minutes. I asked why and got no answer. They said the driver came back in and took pizzas so it should arrive. I asked if they knew for sure that my pizza was with the driver and they said they thought so. Our pizza arrived 15 minutes later, making it 30 minutes late. No surprise it was not hot, just barely warm. The pizza was good, we ordered the deep dish and the crust was fluffy, like a soft pretzel, the toppings were good though the sauce was really sweet. Not a great impression for a first time customer."
"Pick up was smooth, and pizza had a nice weight to it. When we got home (10min drive), pizza was still hot, and I have to say the Capone sauce, perfect for crust dipping! We ordered a large cheese, hand tossed. Both crust and cheese were good. The tomato sauce is definitely on the sweet side. Overall, it’s okay."
"First time trying Romeo's and I was not disappointed. Ordered a Butchershop and a custom with sausage, meatballs, mushrooms and green peppers, both were amazing. Dough was nice and thick yet airy and fluffy. The sauce was nice and sweet, the meat was plentiful and tasted great. Overall there was nothing negative I could say about the pizza. We also ordered some bbq wings to give them a try and the sauce was good but most importantly they WERE DONE ! So many times we get undercooked wings but these were nice and crispy and cooked all the way through. Overall great job and we will definitely be back."
