"I ordered my pizza online and was told my pizza would be delivered by a certain time. 30 minutes after that time I call and am told that the pizza hasn’t even been started yet. On the phone with employees they were rude and When I was put on the phone with a manager she used the short staffed and rushed excuse which I understand but the lack of communication or updating on delivery time is ridiculous."

"Terrible customer service. Cashier had an attitude and apparently didn't care about her job or my order. I'm the cooking area they were arguing and talking unprofessional. Got my order wrong twice in one day and I had to drive all the way back and was only offered a 20 oz coke while they threw the wrong pizza I had away but required I bring it. Didn't want it but couldve offered it as a good gesture for the inconvenience"

"Best pizza within 50 miles, in my opinion. Out tastes the big pizza companies. I recommend their thin crust. My favorite pizza has Sausage, pepperoni, and salami on it. (And obviously cheese and sauce)."

"I have gotten delivery from here several times. I live close by so it always shows up pretty quick. The food has always tasted good, however the service is not very good. More times than not my pizza is all laying in one side of the box like it has been carried sideways. Tonight I ordered a founders favorite and what showed up was a plain pepperoni pizze. Again all to one side. And I always tip. So I paid way more to start and then tipped in advance for the wrong(cheaper) pizza all shoved to one side despite only having to travel about 2 minutes away. Thanks guys."

"Twice now I've had issues with this location, the first time I'd ordered the Mike's Hot Honey Pepperoni Pizza, the description online says, "a little spicy", my pizza was covered in red pepper flakes to the point of being inedible. I called and talked to a manager, he said he'd replace my order but wouldn't be available later that day and he would let the next manager on duty know. When I arrived to return the remainder of my extremely spicy pizza the man at the window gave my fiance, driving the car, a hard time, and refused to replace my order so he said we'd call corporate and we left. After talking with corporate and them talking with the store I was informed that a credit would be under my phone number, awesome! Issue resolved, only when I used my credit today the pizza I received was cold. The lady at the drive thru window was unfriendly and I could tell when I grabbed the pizza it wasn't hot enough and was reaffirmed when I'd began eating the pizza. When I contacted the store I was told that, "if I returned 100% of the pizza I could have my order remade." I find that absurd and my fiance in the backround expressed the same thing, the man on the phone proceeded to tell me he didn't like the talking in the background and began arguing aggressively with my fiance in the background. Not only has the quality of the food I've received been poor but so is the customer service. I will not be returning to this location again."
