"This is the worst papa johns we’ve ever been to. The time before this, we had an order delivered 45 mins past the scheduled time. Then this evening we picked up our carry out order. We requested extra sauce— our pizza barely had any sauce on it. And whoever cuts these pizzas needs to find a new job. (Pictured is a “slice” of an XL bbq pizza) We will be driving out of our way to go to the better locations next time."

"Ordered my pizza at 5pm said it would be delivered by DoorDash at 5:50pm. Said dasher was on way to store to pick up order & two minutes later it says my order has been cancelled. It is now 6:30pm with no update! I try calling and only get advertisement! No one answers the phone here. Will not be ordering at this location any more! Terrible!!!!!!!!!!"

"The pizza is good, but if you're ordering from the store in Englewood, Ohio you may want to order a day before you get hungry. If you don't I wouldn't bother calling because you're just going to listen to an advertisement for as long as you're willing to stay on hold. They won't answer the phone. Good pizza poor service!"

"We ordered at 8:23 at 9 it said our pizza was delivered but no pizza was delivered. I was outside the whole time and not a single car drove by so I called the store they said It would be there soon. At 9:20 almost an hour later the pizza never came so I called again and they said “ ok it’s canceled” and hung up. No apology. They didn’t say they would be here soon. Nothing. I love 2 minutes away from the store."

I value quality for the dollar and this place makes it worth it when I call them. Delivery and carryout both available so they cover the board. Keep up the good work guys!"
