"Wanted to literally get one balloon inflated for a birthday party and was told no by the rudest lady there. She literally laughed and said we are about 2-3 hours behind with online orders and orders placed ahead, you should have thought of that. I was shocked and said it’s only one balloon… there was no one in the store and 4 people standing behind the counter. When I asked if any of them could blow up the one balloon I wanted she said no. I had other party supplies I was planning on buying as well, and just left the stuff on the counter. When I asked to speak to the store manager I was told by her that everyone is a manager there and no one cares about my Karen attitude. Ended up going to Kroger to get my balloon and additional items needed. Won’t go back to the Florence location ever."

"Mayra and Doug (the supervisor) have a gift for dealing with people. Thursday night, I bought balloons for a grad arrangement, but Friday morning, they were all deflated. When I went and explained what had happened, they immediately replaced the balloons without even asking for the receipt. I've never had issues with balloons at this location before, but I'm grateful that these two people assisted me yesterday."

"My nephew was on the hunt for some Heart shaped glasses for his Valentine's party. We didn't find what we were looking for, but we found souch more. I didn't realize how much party city has. I also didn't realize the costumes, masks, ears, different color merch and holiday stuff they have year round and not just for Halloween. We had a good time. Store is clean and well kept. I Would recommend this Mall Rd location. They are located right back the Dollar Tree in Florence."
