"Dayton Freight cancels orders on you without notification or explanation, very unprofessional and very rude dispatch , Judy with customer service is the only competent one there , I’ve had many pickups with them scheduled through a 3rd party company, each and every time they shipped something for me it was either damaged or the driver tried to charge my customers cash on the side to bring in the product, and after being so inept they have the gall to cancel and refuse pick ups from me without any explanation, call ahead or concerns for customer satisfaction, I highly do NOT recommend using them for any business or personal shipping. There are plenty of great companies like Forward Air, Road Runner or Ward Trucking that care about customer satisfaction. Very dissatisfied!"
"This company lost a empty box off of there truck and dropped about 10,000 packing peanuts all over my city and our front yard and even tho I had there box and number on the side of the box they refused to do anything about it now I don't wanna be an a hole but Imagine walking out your door and it snowing foam and they don't wanna fix there mistake unreliable company if you ask me"
