"Just moved to this area from the Stow area a few years ago and went to the shop last weekend and I loved their sign. They have a point, I just needed some pedals but if you are a cyclist some of the time or all of the time, you should give this shop a try. You need a place where you can get repairs, where you can talk to the community and get service. Sure, are they going to sell something for pennies on the dollar like online, no but you are paying for their experience, expertise, customer service and standing behind their product. I am considering an Electric assist-bike for myself and my wife and I can tell you when we do buy one, this is where we will buy one, not Amazon. As their sign says, Amazon can't/won't fix your bike."

"A friendly atmosphere. Everyone I talked to at this was was very nice and and patient as I made up my mind. No complaints on prices either. I was happily surprised at how good of a value I got in a bike within my budget. I did have to wait around a bit before I could talk to one of the staff. But in their defense, they were very busy on a Sunday. Can't recommend them enough personally. And cannot wait to get back to the shop."
