"When they first opened they had good stuff and it was a lot of fun. Over time, it’s gone downhill. Seems like there’s more “stuff” but every week is the same items. If you need a stuffed animal for menstrual cramps or Christmas ornaments, go on quarter day. I hope they go back to the way it was. Edit: after their remodel- store looks better but the quality of the merchandise has dropped off significantly! Mostly junk! Made my last visit for a while today. I originally gave them 2 stars but now it’s 1. Don’t waste your time. I’ll stick to Macbids! Edit #2: it’s been almost 6 months since my first edit and I decided to do another. My wife and I decided to go today, Sunday February 11th. Wasn’t expecting much because it’s two days after restock but was pleasantly surprised! Hidden in a bin I found a brand new pair of gen3 Apple AirPods! For $7! So I decided I might start updating every time I go, just on Friday. Good experience, I’ll add a star, bad experience, remove one. I noticed a comment on their Facebook page that said “the more we buy, the better the product will be” I disagree. The better the products, the more I’ll buy. So it’s a management decision, do you want people to spend $$ in your store on Friday and get good reviews, or not? I added a star today subject to change on Friday. February 16th - disappointing. February 23 - same people (regulars) get the few decent items again. Talked to a couple of the other regulars and they’re getting tired of wasting Friday mornings."

"Not sure why people are complaining about the same items, bad items in boxes, and worse quality. They buy returns and say they don't know what is in the returns. Also they are returns, some products are frequently returned so if course there will be repeat items. If you think it is too expensive then come on a cheaper day. There is a testing station too in case of fake returns or items that are broken. Please find out why something is the way it is before bashing on it."

"Might as well take this one off the list. Constantly firing staff. Used to pay 10 books for $1. Now it’s 10 for price of day. You’re trying to selling junk at big prices. Just like Solon. Headed down and i mean down real quick Would give it a 1 star if I could."

"Whhhyyyy did you guys close the solon store, that really sucks!!! Can you please look up toward the Mentor OH area for another store??? There are so many people up here and it'd be very popular. It's only 25 minutes north of solon. There are are a few good sized stores that are empty up here. It's a very busy area and people would love it!! We went to solon like 4 times a week and miss it already."

"You definitely can’t beat a good deal and this place always has a good deal! The store is not very clean or organized, but it’s always fun to come here and sift through the bins and see what you can find. They have a lot of strange rules, like you are not allowed to use cash to purchase things, and you can’t bring a stroller, which can be a deal breaker if I have my children. all things considered I have enjoyed my times here and I will probably be back."
