"This is an outstanding company with excellent customer service. We recently had them come out and drain and refill our hot tub. Albert did a wonderful job. He was efficient and thorough, and made sure to explain everything to me as he was doing it. I know I could have drained and refilled the hot tub myself, but I have so much trust in this company to do it properly, and make sure all the chemicals and salt are balance before they leave. Thank you!"
"Our experience with Ohio Pools and Spas was a pleasant one! Our salesman Jim was very knowledgeable about everything from choosing the perfect tub for us to helping with questions after it was setup and we had questions over the weekend. He was a pleasure to work with. The setup team did a great job and explained everything that was going on. We had our first “White Glove” service performed after the set up and delivery and I was as home for that while my husband was at work. Albert was on time and very professional! He even worked with me calling my husband and going over everything he had already said once just so my husband could hear it because I knew I would forget. Albert did a fantastic job and helped me to understand the process in terms I could understand! All in all I would highly recommend Ohio Pools and Spas"
