"Recently, several staff members went above and beyond to help me, and I’m SO thankful! A few weeks ago, about 15 minutes to closing time, with a cart full of essential groceries, I realized that I had forgotten my wallet. I do have my cards saved in the app and I usually use ExpressPay, but my phone had just died! Feeling very embarrassed (this had NEVER happened before!), I approached a cashier and explained my situation, and I also did not have time to run home and get my wallet before closing. Instead of taking my cart, she told me that she would find me a phone charger, AND SHE DID! She enlisted the help of a young man at the pickup area, and he allowed me to borrow his personal phone charger so that I didn’t have to go home without groceries. They did not have to do any of that, but they went above and beyond for me, and they truly saved the day! Thank you, BJ’s employees, for always being awesome! You are appreciated"
"Since you moved the carts inside, handicapped people have to walk from the exit, then across the front of the store to get to the handicapped parking spaces. Not good especially in inclement weather. Please correct."
"Edited: Customer service for curbside customers is lacking. We ordered $25 Salmon and it was delivered rotten, which we did not find out until the next day when we went to cook it. Looking at sell by date, it was so near to expiring that it should have been on clearance sale. Hint to store: if you are going to give fish that is almost expiring to your curbside customers and you are going to shop it early at least have the decency to make sure it is well refrigerated. Giving them one star because of their customer service response. They have yet to get back to us regarding this and we had to throw the fish out because it smelled so badly that we are probably out the $25. Even walmart allows you to "return' bad items in app. Should report you to the FTC and health deparment over this. You are lucky your in-store shopping experience is so good or else I would."
"BJ's North Canton. 08JUL23. Not sure why the carts have been outside but they need to step up the game with Costco opening soon. Checking out is always a pain! The App is useless."
