"Isn't really 5 below anymore. Items cost up to $35 or more. Some of it is $5 below but the quantity and quality of those items are less than they used to be. Atmosphere is totally chaotic. The new layout is also quite chaotic. If you need some board games it's a place to go and some good workout equipment"

"10 self checkouts available, but I was forced to stand and awkwardly hand my items to an employee who scanned so.... friggin.... slow. Why have self service if I cant use it? Some of us prefer to not make chit chat at the register with the employer who insists "no I HAVE to check you out." Last time shopping here."
