"I had bought a motorcycle online and roadrunner freight is who i had shipped it through them it took 3 days to get it to the twrminal and another day for them to deliver i had zero issues and received my bike in excellent condition. I would use them again"
"I have been on hold for over 40 minutes waiting to check the delivery status of soemthing picked up two days ago. This delivery is going less than two hours away with no ETA. The company I work for uses XPO, R&L, and Saia. We tried RoadRunner because it was late and we needed something out. I will pass the word to fellow sales reps and warehouses to avoid this company like the plague. I have never had so many issues trying to track a shipment with any other freight company."
"****Would give ZERO stars if I could*** DON'T EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE. Was given a 30 min call ahead that they were on the way. Hours later called us again and said their truck broke down and was going to TRY and get our delivery to us that night and if not would be the next day. That of course didn't happen, feels like we were given a bunch of lip service and rescheduled us for ANOTHER day out. Nice of them to assume we wouldn't be home the next day for our delivery and not reach out that day to get us scheduled for the next day. This has been the worst experience ever and has hurt our business tremendously."
"Any time I call to schedule a pick up I'm on hold for at least 15 minutes. Ironically while you're on hold you're listening to a recording of how great their service is. I scheduled a pick up yesterday and they never showed. So I called them this morning to find out what happened and after being on hold another 15 minutes they tell me the driver came but the freight wasn't ready which I know was not true. So I rescheduled at 8:00AM this morning for today... It's now 3:40PM and no sign of them. I don't know how they stay in business. I really don't."
"Had a package shipped in from California. It arrived in time and undamaged. What's best though, is the staff. The operator was super nice and the dock lead was in contact with me about my pickup. He was also nice enough to bring it out to me and help me load my shipment without me even hinting at him doing so. Would definitely use them again."
