"I've always loved Five Below!! This is the first time I've been to their new bigger store and it's fabulous as always. Such a fun, positive, happy place. Great place to find gifts for all occasions. Will always be a customer of Five Below."

"EDIT: Not sure why this is showing as Five Below. It was actually Popshelf. Stopped in before a road trip and was pleasantly surprised with the number of vegan friendly snacks. They have nice household kitchen items as well as a host of other things."

"First time I've been in one of these stores. My first impression was they had a lot of cheap stuff. I did walk around and looked at most of the stuff that they had I saw a small plastic box that I thought would work for carrying items in It was plastic and not made very well but for the price, I purchased it I used it twice and the latch broke. Lesson learned, don't buy cheap stuff."

"Went in to find some toy that my son wanted. It took us about 10 to 20 min to find it in the toy section (fnaf action figure). They were sort of behind other toys, so we had to kind of dig for them. Decided to shop around a little bit. But soon, I decided it was best we hurry up and leave because it was a wreck. They had boxes stacked 3 or 4 feet tall all over the store. It was unsafe and annoying to have to shuffle around. Yes, there was a pathway to get around most of them. But if it wasn't boxes all over. It was trash and merchandise cluttering the store. And a mop bucket with water sitting in it and a wet floot sign on the floor and bot didplayed. At the registers they were all cluttered with things all over. It was just a lot. I understand it's coming up on the holiday season. From one person who worked there almost 3 years ago (quit due to cancer), this was not how things were operated back then. And I can't imagine that it is safe. Not to mention, they have self check outs. I was very annoyed that when I got to the checkout, they ALL had a closed sign. An employee comes over and takes my things and does not let me ring them myself. Does it all for me without asking me if I wanted or needed help. I would have rathered me to do it myself. And I have not had a stranger in my space like that since I am imunno compromised. When I was completed and started to walk away, another customer came up to check out, and he didn't do her entire transaction. He wasn't polite about any of it and had earbuds in his ears, so he wouldn't have been able to hear me say I was ok on checking out. There were 2 other employees on the floor, and I couldn't ask either for help because they were talking amongst each other and then disappeared. It was by far THE WORST guest service I have EVER had going into that store. It used to be clean and tidy, and you were greeted when walking in. Management doesn't seem to be doing its job at all."
