"Unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience with our pizza delivery. Our order was mistakenly delivered to the wrong address, and when the driver tried to rectify the situation, one of the pizzas had already been consumed by the unintended recipient. Though the restaurant attempted to remake our order, it took over an hour and a half, leading us to cancel as it still hadn’t arrived. Despite being located just 4 minutes away, we were informed that the pizza was out for delivery which wasn’t the case. Based on this experience, I’d advise against ordering from here if you’re expecting a timely meal."

"This place is horrible. Definitely should be shut down. If I wanted a salad. I would got one It so piled on that the crust is basically gone Shaqaroni is basically just a pepperoni pizza. Don't come like they show."

"We placed the order online at 6:52pm. Order #0132 at the Bridgewater location. The estimated time of pickup was between 7:48 to 7:58pm. I arrived at 7:55pm and was told that it would be another hour before my food would be ready. I decided to go back home instead of waiting in the parking lot with everyone else. I get a notification at 8:20pm that my food was ready... I called before I drove in for confirmation. It was ready. I would have stayed the 15-20 minutes. I pick up my order and get it home to find that there were issues with each of the 3 items I ordered. I ordered pepperoni stuffed crust, but did not get pepperoni in the stuffed crust and I was missing toppings from my pizza also. We ordered Xtra mushrooms on the other pizza, but you could barely see any mushrooms. The cheese bread was supposed to be the Tuscan 6 cheese, but it was the original cheese bread. For the hassle it was not worth the wait especially with all the wrong items and missing ingredients. I don't order from this location a lot and after having conversations with other patrons it seems this might be the last. A suggestion... if the food will be late, please make sure it's at least correct."

"Ordered delivery, didn't get our 2 liter, also paid $19 for a medium pizza with extra cheese a 4 toppings, what's toppings were on there were all in the middle and barely any cheese. Also had to give delivery driver a $10 tip because they didn't have change. So not only did I have to pay for things I didn't get I had to pay an extra 5 for them to not even deliver the whole order. I'll never order from here again."

"We ordered two pizzas. One XL sausage/pepperoni and one medium with tomatoes. As you can see from the pics, the former had WAY too much sauce. It was requested as well done...not so much. I also had to cut it with knife and fork. The latter of the two pies was not only not cut all the way through but also, look at the different sized slices. What a joke. Not the first time we've had a problem here. Whoever runs this place should be ashamed of themselves."
