"Tried to use for my mother's doctor appointment this morning. Driver was 45 mins late refused to pull in the driveway and/or help with getting her in the van. When asked if driver could at least turn the van around so the sliding door would be more accessible to my disabled mother. This request made the driver mad and she started saying we were asking too much. Then an argument with my mothers caretaker(aunt) and her started. Called the company and filed a complaint so called manager was just as rude as the driver. Please steer clear of this company. Please inform your insurance company to not use this company as well."
"Both to and from drivers were 35-40 minutes late picking me up. The pick up driver was in a bus for wheelchairs. I only use a rollator. As I've had twelve back surgeries the rough ride had caused my back to hurt for two days afterwards. Why didn't they just send a van, or car like they did on the return trip. The bus driver had rap or something similar on the radio, sky high. Coupled with the rattling and jostling of the bus, it made for a very unpleasant experience. The return driver was a dear, and had a pleasant personality. She needs a raise for sure."
"I Have Never Ran Into The Rudest Unprofessional Transportation Driver. While Attempting To Leave Grandview Hospital This Valley Transport Car #25 Was Blocking Everything. I blew A Couple Of Times She Pulled Up A Foot And Stopped. Still I Can't Go Forward Because Its A Car Behind Me. This Lady Told Me To Back Up When Her Valley Transport Car Was Blocking The Way Out. I Have Pictures Of This Rude Driver And How She Was Parked."
