"I ordered a bike through Peleton and this company was supposed to deliver it. The first time they showed up outside the 4-hour delivery window. The second time they gave a 5 minutes notice, delivered the item they put together on the truck, damaged my house and bike, and then blamed Peleton. Please do not buy anything that uses this company for delivery."

"XPO is completely unreliable. I ordered a shower door from Amazon and set a delivery date. First, the middle carrier failed to deliver to XPO, but no one bothered to give me a courtesy call. When XPO got the door, they said they would call and schedule a deliver. They didn't. I finally got a delivery scheduled for between 12-3 on a Friday. XPO shows up at 10, when I wasn't at home. They were also supposed to give 30 minutes notice. They didn't. After 5+ weeks, I'm still waiting for my shower door."

"Two issues: 1)Scheduled my delivery using their phone system, confirmed the date —then proceeded to get another text asking me to set up my delivery, so I did that also online. Proceeded to get 3 more texts asking me to set up delivery -finally emailed them to stop sending me texts because I had set up delivery 2.) they sent me a confirmation the day before letting me know driver would be here between 1230-430pm with a call when they were 30 minutes away. at 830 am I get a call from the driver letting me know he would be at my house soon. I let him know I was not prepared to accept delivery so early in the day, and they needed to come during the appropriate window. He said he would let them know. Waited for 4 hours, and no one arrived. Called customer service and the driver told them I refused delivery. I didn’t refuse, I wasn’t available during the surprise delivery time, but I was available when it was supposed to be delivered. Wasted 4 hours of my day waiting around."

"I am extremely disappointed with this company. They were used to deliver a treadmill that we purchased from Nordic track. I scheduled the delivery for today and rearranged my entire schedule to be present. I did not receive the 30 minute arrival call during my delivery window, so I called to check on my order. When I dialed their number, I received an automated notification that my delivery was scheduled to be delivered in 3 days. No one ever told me my delivery date was changed. No one ever asked if that was acceptable. Every time I call this company, no matter the time of day, they are experiencing an “unusually high call volume” and I am on hold for over an hour before I can speak to a human being, often closer to 2 hours. I have no idea how they can continue to stay in business with such poor customer service and operations."

"This post should be zero stars. I couldn't select Post until I selected at least one. My experience with XPO Logistics was horrible. Order never delivered so it was cancelled. Tracking status never updated online. Spoke with Te'quila Cancelled order, got refund from Home Depot. This Large item was left on my door step 1 week after the new order was picked up at the store. Yes 1 week after I picked up the item they left the same item at my front door. Shameful"
