Curbside Taxi Company

"I booked a ride with them a few months ago and the ride was fine, but ever since they've been charging me $1 every now and then for no reason. I did not agree to or was notified of any long term signup when I called to book the ride. I tried to pay in cash as allowed, but the operator cited unstated rules about this not being possible and wanted a credit card. Only pay in cash if you use them or find someone else."

"Had some car trouble on the way to Columbus and got stuck at a Loves travel stop in bfe. Tried to get Ubers/ Lyfts and no one would pick up the ride we called Johnnie and he gave us a decent rate considering he was driving 30+miles to pick us up AND then and hour to Columbus . Overall so grateful for him and saving us in our time of need. Would 100% recommend curbside taxi company!"

"I didn't get a chance to use it. Drivers lied about showing just to still get paid for the ride. It's a scam. I googled for Taxi service to schedule a ride in town for a doctor's appointment for my child. I scheduled at least 2 hours before time, and paid in advance for the scheduled ride to pick me up at 4:00 p.m. E.T. to get me to the doctor's appointment before 4:30 p.m. E.T. I received a call from a driver stating he was in front of my apartment outside and when I stepped out immediately with my child no one was there. I called the number back and it didn't ring or anything as a non working number. I called the Taxi company back to see why the driver said he was in front of my apartment but wasn't anywhere in sight as I stood in the middle of the street. I was told that he was in a silver truck and there was no silver truck in sight. The apartments in one way in and one way out and no driver would have missed me and my child standing out in the road looking and waiting. I even walked up to the front entrance and no second driver ever showed as my daughter and I stood outside in the street for over 30 mintues. I was told by dispatch that it's two drivers that had issues finding the address, and I stated they never showed and it's not hard time find. They would have seen us standing out if they actually showed. I asked for a supervisor and a refund after waiting over 30 minutes and late for my child's appointment I had to reschedule. I was told there were no supervisors and one would call me back within 24 hours, None called. I called 15 minutes ago to speak to a supervisor for the poor customer service and how I was caused to miss my child's appointment and check on my refund, I was told by the supervisor, or someone who claimed to be one and was not listening, who said he didn't believe me and called me a lair and said I was charged for not being out to get my ride, both times. I was charged for not being outside. I again stated all I just explained again, and that I have witnesses who saw me standing outside. He called me a liar again and hung up. I need a full refund and this company should be investigated."
